Plavini

Plavini (Floating Breath) is a pranayama of filling the lungs to maximum capacity, creating buoyancy and a profound sense of lightness throughout the body.

  1. Starting Position

Sit in a comfortable seated position with your spine straight. Relax your shoulders and close your eyes.

  2. Deep Inhalation

Take a deep and slow breath, inhaling as much air as possible, filling your lungs completely. Expand your chest and abdomen as you inhale.

  3. Holding the Breath

Hold the breath in for a moment, feeling the lightness and fullness in the body. During this phase, you may feel a sensation of floating or light-headedness.

  4. Exhale

Slowly exhale through the nose, releasing the breath gently. Repeat the cycle a few times, focusing on the buoyant feeling created by the breath.
